I grew up locally in Woodstock, NY, and returned to the Hudson Valley to practice Medicine. I trained in NYC and Long Island and I am board certified in Family Medicine. I have been practicing for over 10 years, emphasizing preventative medicine and staying current with evidence-based practices. I treat each person individually looking at the body as a whole and the
