I am committed to developing long-term relationships with my patients focusing on empowering them to implement lifestyle changes to address their metabolic derangements. My goal is to use this as a cornerstone in conjunction with the tools of evidence-based medicine to optimize their long-term health outcomes. I also find it instrumental to offer education to patients encouraging an understanding of their pathophysiology and treatment options tailored to each unique case.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
My goal is to provide patients with education, tools and motivation to improve their long term healthcare outcomes. I would like patients to come prepared to their appointments and to be engaged in working as a team towards their goals.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I love spending quality time with my loving family and we enjoy traveling, hiking and exploring new places, activities and delicious cuisine.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I really enjoy developing long term relationships with my patients and seeing them achieve success in their healthcare outcomes and improving their overall quality of life and I find the pathophysiology of endocrinology fascinating.
