Rachel Lugo took the time to explain what was happening and gave us clear instructions on how to take care of the wound. She was caring, concerned and greeted us with a smile. She made sure we understood the directions and sincerely caring.

Rachel is very compassionate and caring. She took the time to go over my test results and explain why my issues stem from another region of my body.

She even took time to look at my toes as I was concerned as two of them had been black and blue so she looked at them and said not gang green as you could feel the roughness as one pair of my shoes had aggravated it. I wasn't there for that I had two other tests but she took her time to examine them

She is Great, also Emanuel was, Great,as was Frank who did my ultrasound, everyone in the office was Great and Rachel is the best, takes time, explains things .Don't let her escape...
