Abdul Choudhary, MD

Abdul Choudhary, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He completed his residency training at KPC Health in California and was chief resident during his final year of residency training. He is currently seeing patients of all ages. Dr. Choudhary practices evidence-based medicine with a focus on the treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. In addition, Dr. Choudhary has a special interest in preventative care medicine. He believes in providing education and resources to all his patients for better overall health outcomes. During his leisure time, Dr. Choudhary enjoys watching football, and basketball, playing sports, traveling and trying out new restaurants.

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
My approach to practicing medicine involves listening to my patient's concerns, providing them with the most evidence-based medical knowledge and involving them in all medical decision-making. 

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
My patients can expect my undivided attention and my ability to understand their concerns at each visit. I would like my patients to be more involved in their medical care and play an active role in improving their overall health.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and trying out different cuisines and restaurants.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
As a primary care physician, I enjoy caring for my patients and building a long and lasting relationship with them and their family members. I feel the greatest reward is when your patient puts great trust in you caring for their family members.
