Get To Know Me
It is very important for me to always understand my patient's needs and to be partners in achieving our common goals.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Having a relationship built on trust and honesty is most important to me because it allows me to help the patient in the best ways possible.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I love to hike with my family and dog on the weekends and work in my garden in the summer. During my free time, I like to play piano and listen to music.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose family medicine because it allows for a more complex approach to my patients and their wellbeing.

Consistency is important in care. I have seen Dr Poznanska for a long time. She knows my medical conditions and knows what works for me and what does not. I am confident that her care is good for me and that she individualizes my care. I feel fortunate to have her as my Doctor!
