Alyssa Furgiuele, PA

Alyssa Furgiuele is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Aly was born and raised in Norwalk. She graduated from Widener University with a BS in Biology and afterward obtained valuable experience as a medical scribe and assistant in primary care. Aly attended Lincoln Memorial University's PA Program in Harrogate, TN, and graduated with a Master's in Medical Science in 2024. Her experiences on clinical rotations and numerous mentors helped grow her interest and love for cardiology. She is excited to serve this community and build new relationships with her patients and fellow medical professionals.

I take the time to listen and understand each patient's concerns to ensure they are receiving the best care possible.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I work to develop relationships based on trust and mutual respect with my patients while caring for each acute and chronic condition.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, drawing, crafting, hiking, and watching college basketball.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
The cardiovascular system is so intricate and complex. The greatest reward is helping patients grow their knowledge and reach their health goals.
