Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I believe in preventative medicine, getting to the sources of potential problems before they arise, even when they may not be obvious. My patients get detail-oriented care, and I communicate at a personal level.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I genuinely care about the well-being of my patients and treat the person, not the illness. I expect my patients to feel comfortable sharing their needs and concerns with me.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I love the outdoors, especially with both of my dogs and my husband. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places throughout the world.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
The majority of medical conditions are preventable. I firmly believe internal medicine is a gateway to avoiding diseases before specialized care is necessary. Its greatest reward is to accompany patients, becoming a part of their lives and contributing to their wellness.

She is incredibly thorough and compassionate. She really listened to me and considered my underlying conditions in making my treatment plan. She helped me realize how important it is to see a doc who knows my medical history when seeking routine sick care, as sick care with an underlying condition isn't routine.

This is a fabulous physician. She is knowledgeable, kind, intelligent, and thoughtful. She knows her stuff and treated me like an intelligent person not some old lady. I felt she listened and in turn listed to her, I feel very confident in following her directions .

Dr Mordan is by far the best Dr I’ve ever seen. Spent a ton of time with me, didn’t rush or make me wait, and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I hope she sticks around at this practice so I can stick with her for the long run! As someone who gets anxious about going to the Dr she completely calmed my nerves and was not judgmental at all. Cannot recommend her enough.

She is gentle and patient, looks at you when you’re speaking, and truly takes in all the information you give her, asking thoughtful follow-up questions. Highly recommend!
