Avery A. Johnson, PA

Avery Iudice is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. Before becoming a PA, Avery acquired extensive experience serving as an emergency medical technician in underserved areas of Los Angeles while earning her bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine at Pepperdine University. Avery attended Sacred Heart University's PA program and graduated in the top 5% of her class with honors. After gaining broad experience in emergency medicine as a PA, she sought a career in cardiology to pursue her fascination with cardiac physiology and desire to build long-lasting relationships with her patients.

I truly listen to each patient, working to understand their concerns and create a personalized care plan to improve each patient's health and well-being.

I hold trust as a core value of my medical practice, and I value it as a two-way street with patients.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, mountain biking and traveling.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
The cardiovascular system is the heart of the body. It is complicated and fascinating. The greatest reward is building relationships with patients and caring for them through acute events and chronic conditions.
