Bozena I. Lewicki, NP

Bozena Lewicki is an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. As part of the Hospitalist team, Bozena enjoys caring for patients when they are admitted – and helping to coordinate care when they are ready to leave. She also finds it rewarding to work closely with the rest of the hospital team to meet all the healthcare needs of our patients. Bozena recently relocated to the Hudson Valley and is excited to take part in the outdoor activities the area offers.

I treat each patient with compassion. I listen in great depth to learn about their needs and expectations to deliver the best care.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I value trust, honesty and respect.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
Spending time with people I love, traveling to visit my family in Poland, reading, cycling, walking, snowboarding and camping.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose to become an adult geriatric nurse practitioner because I love the relationships I establish with patients and their loved ones. The greatest reward is to help them to achieve the highest level of optimal health and improve their quality of life.
