About Brian M. Riordan
Professional Statement
Get To Know Me
I thoroughly evaluate my patient's complaints and partner with them to give them the knowledge, skills and tools to reach their best health and functional status.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I expect my patients to tell me their symptoms and goals. They can expect me to listen carefully to that information and integrate it with my knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I like to exercise, whether it be running or working out in the gym. I also do a lot of hiking, traveling and working on projects around the house.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I wanted to choose a specialty that focused on the whole person, rather than just an organ. The greatest reward is helping patients achieve their goals in terms of health and function.

He was very kind, answered my questions , explained everything and made everything easy to understand . He took his time with me. I am very hopeful that the treatment I will receive will help with the back pain I’m having.

Dr. Riordan definitely works with me to figure ways to ease my severe pain. We discuss medications, treatments, etc. However, I did not appreciate him saying that he thinks that my [ ] is real. I can stick a pin in it and not flinch. I'm not dramatic, [ ] and it's definitely not all in my head!

Excellent care. The doctor clearly explained the treatment options and answered all of my questions. Dr. went out of his way to provide service for my back pain. Someone called out sick but Dr Riordan still made time for me, running from the hospital to the office. He is the best

Well i have been under the care for the last 2 year of Dr Beth Aronson who I truly trusted and adored , she was kind hearted and through and really looked out for me and my best interest, but she is now retired which i understand but at the same time sad cause I will Miss her . Now I came to this appointment for the first time since he is taking over her practice and he did come off as a personable person , he did not even introduce himself to me and really talk to me and get to know me . Just looked at my chart tallied about some of my issues and offered me a cortisone injection and some meds and said see you in few months. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back cause I did not get the same feeling when l left from the previous doctor.

Dr Riordan listened to all my concerns, reviewed my medical X-rays from the Veterans Affairs, and determined a treatment plan we were both comfortable with. I was surprised how much time the staff and doctor were able to spend with me. I was very happy I was able to the appointment and receive treatment during the same appointment. Staff then set me up for a follow up appointment before I left. [Name]
