Cameryn Lacey is a Certified Nurse Midwife who completed her degree from Columbia University in 2023, where she received training in community health centers, private practices, and urban hospitals. She understands the importance of collaboration, communication, and maintaining a composed goal-oriented environment. She has an undeniable urge to provide a safe space for all patients to be themselves and receive the best care possible.

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I believe that pregnancy and birth are such an intimate moment in an individual's life and I will actively listen, provide support and ensure the patient feels comfortable sharing both the joys and anxieties they may be experiencing

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
My patients should know that I am their advocate and they should expect me to be honest and provide them with all the information they need to make informed decisions about their pregnancy and birth.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I love to spend time with my friends and family, whether doing an activity and going go-kart-racing or binge-watching Master Chef on the couch.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I take birthdays very seriously, I think the day someone is born deserves to be celebrated and screamed from the rooftops. Being present on the day life is being brought into the world is the absolute best feeling.
