Camille Maria Webb-Camminati, MD

Dr. Webb is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases. She believes in understanding the unique needs and situations of patients and the way their health concerns impact them. Her areas of expertise include primary care of people living with HIV, LGBTQ+ knowledgeable care and neglected tropical diseases. She has a masters in clinical research and brings evidence-based medicine to the individual needs of each patient. She has experience teaching, mentoring and developing curriculum content at the medical school, residency, and post-graduate level, as well as continuous medical education courses directed towards health professionals in different fields. Dr. Webb is originally from Peru and is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she loves exploring nature with her family.

I listen to each patient's concerns and strive to understand the factors and limitations that affect their health.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them? 
My patients can expect me to be present, listen to them fully and understand the reason for their visit. I expect them to show up, and to be honest about their concerns.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients? 
I spend time exercising and enjoying the outdoors and the city with my family.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward? 
I am passionate about providing care in internal medicine and infectious diseases. Both specialties allow me to view the whole individual when making a diagnosis and providing treatment.
