Chana Kelley, APRN

Chana Kelley is an AGPCNP, who is certified through the ANCC. She is focused on the well-being and quality care for all of her patients. She believes that by getting to know her patients and learning about what is important to them she can provide the best care possible. Chana is skilled in working with elderly and psychiatric patients. In her spare time, Chana enjoys finding new coffee shops, watching wrestling, and spending time with her husband.

I'm personable and empathic, focusing on the concerns of the patient and helping them achieve their best quality of life.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
An open and honest dialogue between the patient and provider so that trust can be built along with proper care.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
My husband and I enjoy adventuring to new coffee shops and restaurants.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I have family who have neurologic health conditions as well as patients and I wanted to help this population. I feel as though I can assist these patients in achieving their best quality of life. If I can help my patients achieve even their small personal goals, that is a major reward for me.
