Dr. Floch provides exceptional care because he actively listened to and documented my concerns, suggested follow-up care, provided a referral, and asked me to follow up with him. This showed understanding for my needs beyond the medical condition. His expertise makes me feel confident in his recommendations and I value the time he spent with me during the appointment.
