My patients should expect me to be compassionate and take the time to listen to them. I expect patients to be honest with me so we can better collaborate on a health care plan.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I spend my free time exploring the northeast with my husband and dog, being outdoors, doing DIY projects and watching football.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose my specialty because of the diversity of the patient population as well as the wide-ranging subject matter. The greatest reward is forming long-lasting relationships with my patients and watching them achieve their healthcare goals over time.
