My patients can expect me to listen to what they and their caregivers have to say and incorporate that into shared decision-making.

Spending time with my husband and son.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Hospital medicine can be both challenging and unpredictable in terms of the cases we see. It is rewarding to be able to work as a team in deciding the next steps of the care plan.
