In my personal time, I focus on staying grounded. I do this through movement with Pilates, cooking simple meals, spending time with loved ones, and making space for quiet moments to recharge.

I chose family medicine because it allows me to care for people of all ages, build meaningful relationships, and support long-term wellness.
