Eben Joshua Kimball, MD

Dr. Eben Kimball is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. Born and raised in Connecticut, Dr. Kimball is proud to be returning to his home state to serve the community where his journey began. Dr. Kimball earned his MD degree (cum laude) from St. Georges University and did residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai / NYC Health + Hospitals – Queens, where he was selected as chief resident.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Patients can expect me to listen to what they have to say, and I expect the same in return. I value shared decision making above all else.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
I value my family and trying new things that challenge me every day.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Being a generalist in a world of specialists is the greatest reward of hospital medicine.
