Eugene is very nice. Always explains everything 100%. Eugene goes above and beyond. He does everything right. He should be an MD. Simple as that. He should also recieve an award of somekind. I never feel like he pushes his patients away. He takes the time he needs. I feel he is a great dr. Always the visit is 100%

He always wants to see that, I as the patient, am doing my part in staying healthy. He's always ready to treat urgent matters as necessary, but understands the value of the patients responsibility in health. He maintains a safe balance of treatment and advice in life choices to help keep his patients health.
