Evan S. Kurz, DO

Evan Kurz, DO, is a board-certified interventional and diagnostic radiologist. After graduating from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at SUNY Downstate and Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, followed by a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Colorado in Denver. He has a special interest in interventional oncology but has expertise in a wide variety of procedures ranging from women's health to management of portal hypertension. He recognizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to his patients' health and enjoys working collaboratively with the many talented healthcare providers in the community.

I take the time to listen to my patients' concerns and am sure to address them in a respectful manner before providing excellent care.

Patients can expect a doctor who listens to them, addresses their concerns and provides excellent care.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
I spend much of my time at my children's soccer, baseball and softball games. I also enjoy playing tennis and skiing.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I enjoy working with my hands, problem solving on the fly and providing a service that results in noticeable improvements to my patients' lives.
