Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I'm very grateful to have a career that I am so passionate about, and it is a great privilege to provide the best medical care possible that can ultimately alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life and survival for my patients.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I strive to build mutual trust, respect, and honesty with all my patients. I want my patients to feel that they have a good understanding of the benefits and risks of the offered treatment that likely will be beneficial. I also want to understand and respect the patients' preferences with respect to their medical condition and work together to improve their health.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
When not directly caring for patients, I enjoy reading medical journals, learning and adopting new diagnostic and therapeutic treatments to continue to provide state-of-the-art medical care to my patients. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and playing sports such as tennis, swimming, and skiing.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I have enjoyed learning about the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions since my initial exposure during medical school. Managing cardiac arrhythmias is of great interest and a passion of mine. Arrhythmias can be highly debilitating or life-threatening for our patients. Prompt diagnosis and intervention to improve patients' symptoms and survival is of the highest priority in my job. Following my patients over time and treating their cardiac conditions to alleviate pain and improve quality of life is the greatest professional reward.

Dr. Veseli took the time to explain the results of the EKG’s that he reviewed, explained my options and answered all of my questions. I did not wait long for him to see me. And I did not feel rushed when he was with me.
