Dr. Henry Chen is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in Brain Injury Medicine and comprehensive neurorehabilitation. He completed his medical degree at CUNY School of Medicine and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, followed by advanced fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine at Penn Medicine and the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.

Dr. Chen is passionate about helping individuals with neurological conditions maximize their independence, mobility, and quality of life. He has specialized expertise in managing traumatic brain injury, spasticity, and neuromuscular disorders. His clinical interests include intramuscular botulinum toxin injections for spasticity management, electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS), and assistive technology and mobility aids such as wheelchairs and orthotics.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chen actively collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care. He values open communication, shared decision-making, and empowering patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
