Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I believe in caring for the athlete as a whole. I want to not only treat your injury, but also identify the reasons behind it, and the areas where we can help you excel in whatever athletic pursuits you desire.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Trust. I want my patients to understand and believe that I will do everything I can to help them make the right treatment decisions and get them back to their active lifestyle as quickly as possible.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
When I'm not at work, you'll find me running on the trails in the Shawangunk Mountains, hiking in the Catskills, skiing or cheering on my kids at their cross-country races. I also coach athletes of all ages and abilities in distance running, particularly ultramarathons.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I've been a lifelong athlete and sports fan. I love working with athletes and active individuals to help them achieve their goals, perform their best, and live a healthy and active lifestyle.
