Get To Know Me

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I absolutely love the practice of medicine and will go above and beyond to serve my patients to the best of my ability.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Patients should expect a dedicated, hard-working physician who will serve as their guide and advocate. I would hope for an open, trustworthy relationship.

How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I love just being home with my family and dog. My favorite things include taking walks and watching movies together. I am also a big fan of sports, especially women's basketball.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose internal medicine and palliative care because I love caring for patients who are faced with serious illness. It is challenging but so rewarding to have the opportunity to make a difference.
