She takes pride in treating patients as a whole, as opposed to simply an illness. Justyna earned her Bachelor's degree at Bridgeport University and her Master's degree with honors at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. She gained in-depth medical training with children and adults practicing at Hospitals across NYC and Connecticut. She is certified under the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She has always been passionate about Emergency Medicine meeting patient's needs in their most vulnerable moments. Always attentive listener, sensitive to patient's needs, and empathetic. Passionate and committed to just and equitable delivery of thorough medical care. Excited to explain convoluted medical terms, simplify complex processes, to empower patients with much-needed knowledge so they can maintain and improve their health. Justyna moved to Connecticut in 2017 and enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with her friends and family. How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
Traveling, hiking, playing sports, gardening, spending time with family, and volunteering at an animal shelter.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Regardless of condition, I can provide valuable care and often see immediate difference and improvement. Satisfaction from solving mysteries, facing challenges and performing procedures.
