With over 13 years of hands-on experience, she has excelled in dynamic, high-pressure settings such as the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Rapid Response Team, and Emergency Department. Kaitlin’s expertise lies in the management of critically ill patients, demonstrating exceptional acute care decision-making, and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of her professional life, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being out on the water, skiing, and as an avid Boston Celtics fan, attending games whenever possible.

When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and I love attending Boston Celtics games whenever I can.

I chose acute care for its challenges and impact. The greatest reward is significantly aiding patients during their vulnerable moments and witnessing their recovery.
