Professional Statement
I grew up in the Hudson Valley. I received my Bachelor's in Public Health from the University of Albany and a Master's in Physician Assistant studies at Marist. Between attending colleges, I served in AmeriCorps NCCC for a little less than a year, helping underserved communities. In my downtime, I enjoy baking, spending time with my friends and dog and expressing my new passion for gardening.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
When I have free time I enjoy picking up new skills in the kitchen, learning how to grow my food and spending time with my family and friends.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose Primary Care because I want a long-lasting relationship with my patients. I look forward to helping them navigate through the healthcare system. The greatest reward of primary care is being of service to my patients and empowering them to live a healthy life.

Kaitlyn Wesolowski is an astonishingly present listener and a gentle yet firm/clear deliverer of facts and medical assessments. She was the first doctor’s Physician Assistant to connect dots between ailments that had previously been perceived via the seemingly endless compartmentalized lenses of specialists: were it not for her I would not have known to look into a new direction that integrated information from the various myopic lenses preceding her insights which have since led to my best options for healing possible this far. Conclusion: being a diagnostician is an art and Kaitlin is a fine young rising diagnostician. She is also incredibly friendly and energized which is a breath of highly oxygenated fresh air.
