Karin Marie Warltier, MD

Dr. Warltier is an internist, board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine training at NYU Langone Medical Center. Her area of expertise is hospital-based medicine and she provides care for acutely ill patients at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York. Dr. Warltier has a special interest in medical education and teaches and supervises residents as they care for acutely ill medical patients.

I am a strong advocate for patients. I work with patients and their families to provide care in the hospital and safely transition care to outpatient providers.

How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I enjoy hiking in the Catskills and the Hudson Valley.
