Kassandra R. Paulino, APRN

Kassandra is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who specializes in adult gerontology. She obtained her official board certification through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners in January of 2022. Prior to this, she practiced as a Registered Nurse for 7 years including time in both Danbury Hospital, as a floor nurse, as well as the networks home care agency, as a visiting nurse. In regard to her APRN, she is both primary care and orthopedics trained. She is particularly passionate about longevity and believes that through careful individualized education and advisement, patient outcomes will only benefit. On a more personal note, she enjoys quality time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and running in the Disney races with her mom.

I will be attentive and do my best to provide both the most beneficial resources and care, for my patients to have the best possible outcome(s).

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I want us to work as a team. It is very important that we work together to achieve our optimal health goals.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy the outdoors (with plenty of sunscreen), reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose primary care because I appreciate the whole patient picture. By promoting longevity through positive health choices, I can witness the patient’s happiness and satisfaction improve.
