As a board-certified PA, Katherine Boxberger provides the highest quality care to every patient, working alongside families to ensure the best possible outcome for everyone. Her care and compassion have led to long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She is experienced in evaluating and managing both acute and chronic conditions, as well as providing well newborn care. As an experienced provider and mother of five, she recognizes that each child is unique and takes an individualized approach when necessary, ensuring each patient and family are cared for according to their unique needs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and all the excitement that comes with raising her children.

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I treat every patient as if they are my own child and am always looking to provide the best, most current treatment possible in accordance with a thorough understanding of each infant's unique circumstances. I will do all that I am able to ensure every patient receives the best care possible.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I will work alongside parents to provide their infant with the best possible care, including timely communication of results and a collaborative discussion regarding treatment plans. I make it my goal to work with each family effectively while prioritizing the individual needs of each patient.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our five children, and our spunky golden retriever puppy. We enjoy cooking, art, a good book, telling jokes, and spending time in nature.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose the specialty of Neonatology because I love working with newborns and helping to provide excellent care during a very special and monumental time in the life of the child and family. It is incredibly rewarding to be a part of this very special time.
