Get To Know Me

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I like to work with my patients to collectively determine a plan of care.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I believe that being honest is the most important aspect of the professional relationship and I will not pass judgement. Honesty allows me to provide patients with the best possible care.

How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I enjoy doing CrossFit, traveling and spending time at the beach.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose family medicine because of the opportunity to care for patients with a wide variety of medical conditions and being able to watch them grow.

Sonja, my nurse is awesome and makes me comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. She has good advice and listens completely when I describe the pain due to the Venus ulcer. I feel very well-cared for by her.
