Patients choose me for my experience in delivery of surgical care, bedside manner and surgical outcomes.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I personally see all of my patients from consult visit to post-op follow up. I personally call my own patients with results and to answer their questions.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I enjoy saltwater and freshwater fishing.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose surgery because it allows me a special interaction with patients. I like the approach of a team in the operating room, working together with one goal of caring for an individual.

Dr. Pilchard is the most compassionate and understanding Doctor I have ever met,. She listens to what you have to say, and she expresses concern over Your concerns. Dr. Pilchard has operated on me three times before. Each operation was successful, an easy recuperating.. She is the best in my opinion. To find a doctor like her now, is next to impossible! I just adore her.

Dr. Pilchard is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. She is compassionate and answers all of my questions and concerns and is the very best surgeon. I wish all my doctors were as wonderful as her.
