Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I have dedicated my life to providing quality health care for my patients. I truly care about their well-being and want to provide them with everything they need to live a healthy life.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
My patients can expect a full investment in providing them with the best care possible. In return, I expect an honest dialogue with my patients and for them to be collaborative partners in their care.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, as well as good friends. As an avid sports fan, I enjoy watching and attending sporting events.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I developed my love of primary care during my family medicine rotation in medical school in rural Virginia. When I saw the relationships that the primary physicians were able to develop with their patients I knew this would be my career.

A very Great Doctor to talk to. He listens and then talks with you about the topic. He also explains the process of my needs. I never get the feeling he’s rushing me or rushing you out. I really thinks he’s a Great Person and a Terrific Doctor.

Took the time to explain why he wanted to know certain kinds of info during an annual physical, what sorts of things he would be considering. Letting me know about ranges for certain diagnostics and how different providers and different patients may feel differently. Made me feel as though I was in charge of all decision making and that he wanted me to be as informed as possible. I found him very easy to communicate with and he seemed genuinely interested in me as a person.
