What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them? 
I must maintain respect, compassion and honesty in patient-provider relationships and aim always to exhibit these qualities.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients? 
On the weekends, I enjoy singing and playing guitar, going on hikes and spending time with friends and family.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward? 
Being able to help patients in a critical care setting means caring for them when they are at one of their most vulnerable points. It is rewarding to me to bring empathy and a listening ear in this setting.
