Linda Eglit, APRN

Linda is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She specializes in adult gerontology. Linda believes that excellent care starts with building strong relationships with patients and understanding their personalized needs. Her areas of specialties include prevention and wellness, as well as health screenings and diagnosis for the management of acute and chronic illnesses. Linda is an experienced healthcare professional with ten years of clinical experience in medical-surgical oncology, home care and quality assurance. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and going to NYC to see a Broadway musical or play.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading, baking and traveling.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose primary care to help provide overall healthcare and to interpret and educate on the vast amount of medical knowledge. To help catch illnesses early before they become severe and improve the quality of life for acute and chronic illnesses. The greatest reward as a provider is making a difference in someone's life.
