Linda A. Otieno, MD, is a board-eligible obstetrician-gynecologist with advanced training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She specializes in the surgical and medical management of complex benign gynecologic conditions, including fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, and chronic pelvic pain, with a focus on minimally invasive approaches whenever possible.
Dr. Otieno completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology followed by pursuing a fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS), where she developed expertise in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. Her clinical approach prioritizes patient-centered care, shared decision-making, and thoughtful surgical planning tailored to everyone’s goals and quality of life.
She is passionate about providing evidence-based care while recognizing the unique physical and emotional experiences that bring patients to gynecologic care. Dr. Otieno is known for her compassionate communication style and her commitment to helping patients feel informed, respected, and empowered throughout their care journey.
Outside of clinical work, Dr. Otieno enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose gynecology for its blend of surgery and long-term relationships. The greatest reward is restoring comfort, function, and confidence for my patients.
