Get To Know Me
My patients know I will always listen.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I strive for diligence in my care of patients and in return expect patients to be active participants in their care. I aim for a collaborative approach in solving their medical problems.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
My first priority is my family. I also enjoy boot camp and running with friends, book club and volunteer opportunities in my community.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
Gastroenterology uniquely combines procedural and clinical care. Removing a large colon polyp, controlling an actively bleeding gastric ulcer and seeing a patient finally feeling better are all equally rewarding.
