Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
As a nurse for over 25 years, I offer compassionate care, combining advanced clinical training with a personalized, patient-centered approach to support wellness, prevention, and treatment across all life stages.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
The most important thing patients should expect with our relationship is trust. This will be established through compassionate, skilled and consistent care and follow up. I would like my patients to feel comfortable and provide honest communication and active participation in their care. Working together as true partners will be my goal to achieve best patient outcomes.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
When not caring for patients, I spend valuable personal time recharging with my family. I enjoy being outdoors and planning travel trips to learn about different cultures. Staying active and continuing to learn enables me to bring my best self to my patients and their families.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose to be a nurse practitioner in Oncology to combine my many years of experience and clinical skills with deep, compassionate relationships - supporting patients through some of the most vulnerable moments.
The greatest reward is witnessing the resilience of the human spirit; being trusted during a critical time in someone's life, offering comfort, guidance and sometimes hope, even in the face of uncertainty.
