I take the time to listen to my patients and understand their health goals which allows a personalized level of medicine.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
My patients should expect an honest and educated conversation about their medical concerns in a laid-back environment.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I enjoy following baseball and football as well as hiking the tri-state area.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose internal medicine to be able treat a diverse group of medical conditions and help my patients through all of their medical challenges during their lifetime.

After years of visiting Dr. Kessler as my primary I feel he knows my medical condition well. He is thorough in his exams, answers questions knowledgeably with good advice, and spends a good amount of time making sure all areas of my medical life is covered. He is also very responsive throughout the year with any issues that occur and is good about answering via the portal.
