Matthew T. Barbery, MD

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is well versed in diagnosing and managing adult patients with acute and chronic conditions. Trust and honesty are fundamental to the patient/doctor relationship. Building this type of relationship allows me to personalize patient care.

How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I enjoy traveling, salt water fishing and spending time with friends and family.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose internal medicine because I love the wide variety of people I get to meet. Each person has a story that enriches my life and being able to care for them and learn from them is fulfilling.
