Before joining Danbury Hospital, Dr. Nicoara completed his general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship at NYU Langone and Northwell Health, respectively. Dr. Nicoara believes it is a privilege to not only be able to treat members of the community but to also train future surgeons to become compassionate, skilled providers.
During his free time, Dr. Nicoara enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
