Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
It is an honor to care for people. I strive to provide individualized care by listening to patients concerns and working as a partner in providing care and treatment.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Attentive, and active listening, in addition to trust and honesty, are the most important aspects of the patient/provider relationship.
How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs. She enjoys cycling and volunteering for various rescue organizations performing home visits for potential adopters.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
My personal experience with a parent diagnosed with cancer when I was 16 guided my decision to pursue it. Helping patients through their journey is the greatest reward.

I badly needed a new PCP and was thrilled that when I called Michelle's office, I was listened to very carefully and given an appointment for the same week. My visit with her was very successful; she listens very carefully, asks relevant questions, and answered all of my questions. I have scheduled a subsequent wellness exam, not in 3-4 months but in a week! I'm thrilled!
