Michelle L. O'Connor, APRN

Michelle O'Connor, a Nurse Practitioner, has received three degrees from Quinnipiac University including a Bachelor's in Biomedical Sciences, a Bachelor's in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Michelle is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is licensed to see all age groups. Michelle has been trained holistically and takes great interest in treating mind, body, and spirit.

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
As a holistically trained Nurse Practitioner, I treat mind, body and spirit. In doing so, I listen to all patient concerns and focus on what the patient feels is most important to them. I educate patients and families as clearly and concisely as possible and answer any questions along the way.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Communication between the patient, family and provider.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
My time is spent with my family. We enjoy traveling. Our favorite places are Lake George and Maine.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I enjoy treating all ages. The greatest reward is seeing patients succeed and the inner strength and motivation it gives them.
