Get To Know Me

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
To receive compassionate, individualized, comprehensive, state of the art and shared decision-making health care in a warm and inviting setting.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
They should expect professional care with careful attention to concerns and needs in a timely manner.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
My leisure time is spent mainly with family and friends. I also enjoy walks with my wife in the nearby state park, biking on my new electric bike, and golfing and fishing when weather and season permits.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose my specialty because of the nature of the work. It is so rewarding sharing in the most special time in people’s lives when they have babies. I love the continuity of care associated with the specialty, caring for patients over many years as well as caring for multiple generations. The eclectic nature of OB/GYN is also very appealing in that it involves office work, hospital work, gynecologic surgery, as well as obstetrics. I very much enjoy providing wholistic care for women of all age spectrums from adolescence to the reproductive years in addition to menopause.
