How do you spend your valuable personal time when you’re not caring for patients?
Outside of medicine, I enjoy painting mandalas, practicing yoga and spending time with my husband, son, and 7-year-old dog, Tank.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose OB/GYN because it combines clinical and surgical aspects of medicine, allowing me to utilize my analytical mind and love for working with my hands. The greatest reward is the opportunity to serve as a women’s advocate, empowering other women by sharing the joys and challenges I’ve experienced.
