Niranjana Kasi, MD, is a resident physician at Kingston Primary Care, dedicated to providing comprehensive general medicine to patients of all ages, both in hospital and outpatient settings. Dr. Kasi’s clinical interests include gender-affirming care, diabetes management and weight loss, as well as sports medicine. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment, striving to help each patient feel their best at every stage of life. Dr. Kasi is thrilled to be a member of the Kingston Primary Care team and values her role in guiding patients toward their health goals.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
You can expect me to be invested in you. I’ll always be honest, approachable, and ready to set a plan with you. In return, I hope you’ll share openly and partner with me in your care.

How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
When I’m off the clock, you’ll probably find me running, hiking, snowboarding, or playing with my dog. I also love curling up to binge-watch a good drama series. I love solo travels and exploring new cities.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I’m in family medicine because I love the relationships I build with my patients. I take the time to really get to know them—not just their medical history, but their work, families, and the stressors in their lives—because all of that matters when we’re making decisions together. I truly value my role as a primary care physician for our community.
