Get To Know Me

Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
I help keep patients well and healthy through education and disease prevention.

What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
I focus on mutual respect and kindness.

How do you spend your personal time when you're not caring for patients?
I love to spend time with my family. I enjoy playing music with my son. Long bicycle rides are especially enjoyable. That is where I think up new ideas.

Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I majored in neurosciences at Cornell University. I knew then that I was going to become a neurologist. My greatest reward is treating stroke patients and seeing them do well.
