I had only one appointment so far. I was very appreciative that Dr Kumar collaborated with Dr. [ ] and Dr. [ ] on a 3 way consult. They were pleased with her input. This spared me the suffering of losing more time seeking her opinion. I will need more time to process questions, having been a bit stunned by the possible extensive removal of some of the colon. I was pleased to have the nurse call me and answer a few questions about the possible duration of the hospital stay and ball park guess of duration of the recovery time. I have time to process some questions for our next appointment.
