Professional Statement
Dr. Ramapriya Vidhun is an attending pathologist in the pathology and laboratory medicine department. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and cytopathology. She holds an academic appointment at the University of Vermont. Dr. Vidhun has been program director for the pathology residency program since 2013. She graduated from the pathology residency program at Danbury Hospital in 2004 and completed two fellowships, one in surgical oncologic pathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and another in cytopathology at New York Presbyterian–Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, New York. She specializes in breast pathology and has become an integral part of the breast program at Danbury Hospital. In her free time, Dr. Vidhun enjoys spending time with her family, cooking various cuisines, hiking and traveling.
