Get To Know Me
Why should someone choose you to care for their health?
Patients should choose me because I treat them as whole people, not just a set of symptoms or lab results. I bring empathy, clear communication, and genuine respect for each patient’s values and story. I listen carefully, explain thoroughly, and work collaboratively — because I believe the best outcomes happen when patients feel heard, informed, and empowered.
What is the most important thing your patients should expect from their professional relationship with you? What do you expect from them?
Patients can expect honesty, compassion, and clear communication. I aim to provide evidence-based care while making sure they feel seen, heard, and understood.
I know being in the hospital can be overwhelming, so I encourage patients to ask questions, share their concerns, and be active participants in their care whenever possible.
How do you spend your valuable personal time when you are not caring for patients?
When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys exploring the tristate area’s vibrant food scene, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She brings that same balance and vitality into her work, believing that a healthy life should be both well-informed and well-lived.
Why did you choose your specialty and what is its greatest reward?
I chose medicine because it allows me to care for patients during some of the most critical and vulnerable moments of their lives. I’m drawn to the complexity of acute care, the pace of inpatient medicine, and the opportunity to make meaningful, often immediate, impacts.
The greatest reward is earning a patient’s trust during a time of uncertainty and helping guide them toward stability.
